Impact's on-site services hese services are designed to maximise the end user experience in support of their business needs, whilst removing the cost and commitment involved in having to recruit, train and manage the specialist staff normally required to manage the embedded technologies.

On-site services are fully supported by a dedicated Service Delivery Manager responsible for the quality and continued development of the service, and off-site support roles ensuring continuous management of the team members. Monitoring and reporting is enabled by our specialist Audiovisual Information Management (AiM) system.
