Atea förvärvar och stärker sitt erbjudande inom videokonferens
(Sverige) Atea Sverige köper AV-företaget Impact Europes svenska bolag med 46 medarbetare på sju platser i landet. Därmed fortsätter Atea sin tillväxtsatsning inom IT-infrastruktur och stärker sitt videokonferenserbjudande. Samtidigt förvärvar Atea Norge Impact Europes norska dotterbolag. Impact Europe säljer dotterbolagen i Sverige och Norge till ATEA
Impact Europe Group AB har tecknat avtal med Atea om försäljning av samtliga aktier i dotterföretagen Impact Europe AB och Impact Europe Norge AS.

Impact wins the Videoconferencing Project of the Year award, for the third year running, at the annual AV Awards held at the Hilton Hotel in London. The company picked up the award for their delivery of a groundbreaking project to the Ministry of Defence 'Service Children's Education Project', which has connected over 700 teachers and the 10,000 children of our brave servicemen and women all around the world, in a global learning community.
