Fredd Causevic

Group President & CEO 

Fredd joined Impact as Group President & CEO in May 2006, he was previously President & CEO of OTRUM ASA, Europe's leading developer and integrator of interactive TV-solutions, a position he held since September 2000.

With a wide background in technology and business, Fredd has previously worked for companies including Mitsubishi, Philips, Thorn EMI as Managing Director Business-to-Business and Quadriga as Director for Product Development Worldwide.
 
Fredd graduated in Business Administration from Trondheim Business School (Trondheim Økonomiske Høgskole) in 1984 and gained a diploma in market economy from BI, Norwegian school of management (BI/NMH) in 1987. Fredd keeps his knowledge up to date through regular attendance at seminars, and always takes a personal interest in every level of product development and innovations. Fredd is married with three children.

Torbjörn Samuelsson

Group CFO and Financial Manager

Torbjörn Samuelsson joined Impact in 2001 and is a shareholder in the company.  He has previously worked in management positions within Elanders, ENIRO and Telia.

Educated in Stockholm, Torbjörn lives with his wife and two children in Sweden.

Julian Phillips

Managing Director - UK 

Julian Phillips joined Impact as Managing Director for the UK in July 2007. Julian joined from Trinity Mirror's digital media business and has previously held senior positions at mobile operator Orange and Dell Computers. He is a convergent technology evangelist and is passionate about how video will change the way people work forever.

Julian holds a combined honours in history and politics from the University of Warwick and is a member of the Institute of Directors. He lives in Surrey with his wife and young family and their bearded collie.

Thomas Doyon

 Managing Director - Sweden

Thomas joined Impact in May 2008. He has a background in IT/Telecom/software and has held positions at Atea/Ementor as Business Area Manager andSales Director, Trio Enterprise as Managing Director and Telia Megacom as Sales Director.Thomas also sits on the Board of Coresource AB and lives in Stockholm with his wife and three children.

Arve Jansen

 Managing Director - Norway

Arve Jansen joined Impact Europe Norway AS in May 2009. With a background as Head of Broadcast Sales for Northern Europe for global network solutions provider Cisco Systems, Vice President of International Accounts for Otrum ASA and significant entrepreneurial experience, Arve brings with him a wealth of knowledge in the technology and business markets. He is looking forward to building on the Norway success story. Arve lives in central Oslo with his wife and two young children.
