Impact is registered with the Data Protection Act and is therefore dedicated to the privacy and protection of their customers, a matter taken extremely seriously. This document details how Impact gathers information on its customers and where it is used.
How we use your information
As part of the registration process the following information is required:-
- Name
- Address
- Company name
- Postal address
- Telephone number
- Email address
As part of the registration process you can select to ‘opt out’ of receiving company information relating to product promotions and events, either electronically or by post.
Impact will never pass on personal information supplied by the company’s customers to a third party.

Cookies
A cookie is a message sent by a Web server (us) to a Web browser (You). The Impact website creates a single cookie which is needed to enable you to register, log in, make a purchase or look at order information. At no point does this cookie include any personal or financial information nor will it create additional cookies.
If at any point the cookie is disabled the full functionality of the Impact website will be impaired and in some cases inaccessible.
When you close your Web browser (session cookies) the cookie Impact uses will expire and no information from the Impact website will be stored for the long term on your computer.
