Impact upgrades to ISO 9001:2008
AV specialist and digital media service provider Impact, today announced that it has achieved ISO 9001:2008 certification for Quality Management Systems (QMS). The company was already certified under ISO 9001: 2000 standard.
The qualification, granted by the NQA, is an internationally recognised standard. It provides companies with a framework and set of principles that ensure a common sense approach to the management of business activities to consistently achieve customer satisfaction.
NQA is an assessment, verification and certification body and works in partnership with a wide range of businesses, government departments and charitable organisations to help improve performance in quality, environment and health and safety management.
