Ole J. Fredriksen

Chairman of the Board

Ole Jørgen Fredriksen has held various key management positions  within the computer industry in Europe and America. He has experience within Sales and Marketing, R&D, Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management from Europe, US and Asia.

His background as CEO from listed companies on the Oslo Stock Exchange and Nasdaq, gives him a unique understanding of the behaviour of listed companies.

His main affiliates  today are connected to Board positions and also as an investor in various businesses, including  technology, trading, finance and property.

Fredriksen’s position today is as Chairman of the Board at Impact, Cyviz AS, Q-Free ASA, and Adicate AS. He is also a Board member of Datum AS and Mielno Holding. In his career Mr. Fredriksen has had Board experience from  eight listed companies, where he simultanously has been involved as a minor investor. Mr. Fredriksen has a Bachelor degree from the Norwegian School of  Economics and Business Adminstration, Bergen, Norway.
 

Lars Staff

Board Member

Lars Staff has been investing in and working with Impact since 2002 and has been an active owner and investor in many other companies since 1992. Lars is also Board member and / or Chairman of a number of venture funds and companies including Alliance Venture and Cart Media.

He has previously managed the family supermarket business and has spent a number of years with Nokia Data in Norway.
 
Between 1982-1985 he completed his Bachelors Degree at Handelshøjskolen in Copenhagen, Denmark, going on to study and complete an MBA at Thunderbird School of Global Management in Phoenix, Arizona.

Lars maintains a genuine interest in industry dynamics, with a focus on growth and profitability through consolidation and streamlining industries.

Lars is married with three children.

Ivar S. Eide

Board Member

Ivar Sigurd is Managing Director and partner of Rebelijo AS and energies AS, privately owned investment companies focused on renewable energy. Prior to joining Rebelijo he served as investment manager and CEO of NSV Invest AS for the last 20 years. Ivar Sigurd has served as board member of several listed and unlisted companies both in Norway and abroad. He holds a BBA from Norwegian School of Business and authorized financial analyst Norwegian School of Economics.
