Job title: Business Development Manager, Content Management Solutions

Role Summary

This is a new role to support the company's expanding Content Management Solutions business for Digital Media for corporate and public sectorcustomers.  Reporting to Impact’s Business Development Director, the role will be responsible for growing, developing and taking to market Impact’s portfolio of solutions and services in this field.

Although a good understanding of technology is required, this role also needs to be accomplished at selling technology as a service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and segment market opportunities for Content Management Solutions
  • Create packaged offerings from current solution and services portfolio
  • Define and qualify new solution propositions with associated business cases
  • Define investment, resources and processes for the creation and delivery of Content Management Solutions and Services
  • Identify solution and channel partner opportunities
  • In association with Marketing Team, develop marketing collateral and marcom strategy
  • Train and provide support to sales in opportunity qualification and proposing
  • Support key accounts in custom solution development
  • Deliver chargeable consulting services to help customers define their Content Management Solution requirements

Person Specification & Experience

  • Related degree or similar qualification
  • Minimum 2 – 5 years experience of working in (corporate) digital media management including capture, post-production, management and distribution processes and technologies
  • Excellent virtual team working skills
  • Strong communication skills at all levels with excellent proposal writing and  presentation skills
  • Excellent business development skills with strengths in product development,  business case proposals, solution selling and consulting
  • Passionate about team work and customer experience
  • Goal driven with a track record of hitting targets in fast moving technology services environment
