Thomas Doyon Chairman
Thomas joined Impact in May 2008 as an MD of Impact Sweden. He has a background in IT/Telecom/software and has held positions at Atea as Business Area Manager and Sales Director, Trio Enterprise as Managing Director and Telia Megacom as Sales Director. Thomas holds an executive MBA from Stockholm school of economics. Thomas also sits on the Board of Coresource AB and lives in Stockholm with his wife and three children.
Mark A Hudson Managing Director
Mark joined Impact in August 2011 from Siemens Enterprise Communications where he held the position of vice president of global and international accounts for five years. He has a diverse background across a variety of organisational disciplines, industry sectors and international markets. In addition, he has vast experience in business management in both Corporate and SME organisations. Mark lives in Berkshire with his wife and three children.
Mohammad Azam Finance Director
BSc ACCA qualified Accountant, Mo started his career after graduating with a degree in Maths & Computer Science, at Livingston - specialising in renting and selling of testing equipment - as an accounts assistant. He joined Impact in 1999 as Assistant Accountant when Impact was located in Twickenham. He was promoted to Financial Controller in 2007 before joining the Board as Finance Director in early 2009. Mo has a passion for football and cricket and lives in Surrey with his new wife.
Charles Steward Commercial and Operations Director
Impact’s Commercial and Operations Director, Charles Steward, holds responsibility for all project fulfilment and installations, managing a number of talented teams to deliver projects on time and on budget to Impacts customers. Charles is also fully responsible for our business in Scotland and Ireland. With a broad background of experience encompassing legal, finance and operational management, Charles is committed to continuous improvement of the way we deliver projects. Charles lives with his family in leafy Surrey.
Terry Wilson Business Development Director
With a long career in Service Management strategy and consulting, Terry joined us from Dimension Data in 2010 and has helped drive the Managed Services business to even greater heights. He is responsible for the managed services and service delivery side of the business. Committed to developing people, processes and technology, and with a passion for sailing, Terry lives with his family in West Sussex.
Marc Coleman Sales Director
A bilingual business graduate who started his career as a management apprentice in Germany, Marc is newly promoted to Director level and is already making great steps in the growth of our UK & global partnerships. Marc has worked for Impact for the last 12 years as Operations Manager of our on-site team based permanently at the MoD Whitehall. Marc brings a great depth of service and project delivery knowledge to the sales force. With a passion for surfing and travelling, Marc lives with his partner in Hampshire.
