AIM
Audiovisual Information Management (AIM) is a reporting software tool developed by Impact to capture and relay live information on technicians activity levels along with monitoring videoconferencing system usage.
AIM is used by both Impact Marcom AVFM personnel and the client, who is given full visibility of the information via a secure log-in. AIM allows graphs and reports to be easily compiled using captured data that includes:
- The number of meetings that has utilised an Impact technician
- How many meetings have occurred in each office location
- How many meetings have occurred within a given timeframe
- Amount of time a piece of equipment has been used
Another of the key features of AIM is its ability to report on how many carbon miles/tons have been saved by using videoconferencing over business travel. Using the government standard formula for calculating carbon ton saving, the technician enters the point-to-point locations for the meeting and AIM works out the saving.
